At MyFlavia by Lavazza, we strive to ensure your workplace coffee experience is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened beverage packs and equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure that all coffee packs, brewers, or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
